We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this priority role, you’ll design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems
Build and optimize both web and mobile-friendly interfaces for internal and customer-facing use
Ensure responsive, fast, and clear communication throughout the development cycle
Write clean, efficient, and testable code with strong documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high system availability and performance
Participate in planning and shaping the direction of our Salesforce architecture

Must Have:

At least 3+ years of hands-on experience on:
Apex: Triggers, classes, asynchronous programming.
SOQL/SOSL: Complex queries, relationships, performance.
LWC/Visualforce: Component lifecycle, event handling.
Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT).
Declarative Development: Flows, validation rules, approval processes.

Nice To Have:

Experience with Salesforce Mobile or responsive LWC.
Familiarity with Slack/Canva for collaboration and design handoffs.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React.js
Has Salesforce certification

Working hours: 11PM - 8AM Philippine Time
